The great news is that it’s really easy to learn and once I teach it to you you, you never have to question what you are eating again. This stress-free learning experience works around your comfort level. We start with your favourite foods and we build a plan around it based on what you learn.

You’ll learn how to read food labels, understand macros and create a food plan that fits your lifestyle. Once you understand what is really in the food you “think is healthy” your healthy eating choices will become that much more productive.

You learn the basics to read food labels, understand the different types of Macros, and how to actually track your food in simple and fun way. yYour first session will be immersive and you will walk away understanding how an average day stacks up to your body’s macronutrient requirements. You’ll have the basic tools to make adjustments on your own.

Accountability coaching
This follow-up to Macros 101 is for those looking for additional guidance or feel they need more accountability. Check-ins are bi-weekly (in person or online) . Through this process we help you discover substitutes that make it easy to consistently hit your targets, manage or prevent cravings and allow you flexibility with social events. In these 3 months you will get closer to your goal and macro adjustments will be made to cater to your success.
3 month commitment: $300
6 month commitment: $480
