YOU PARTICIPATE
The mission is for you to walk away from our first session feeling empowered and finally understanding a couple of basics. The first being what is your “combination” of daily nutrients as per specifics to your age, heigh, sex, level of activity and so on. Remember, no two people are the same…. You’ll also understand how to look at your food and read food labels. You’ll have several “ah ha” moments and “oh really, wows” as well.
THE STRATEGY IS REALISTIC
If you had to go to the store and buy all sorts of products that were costly or not exciting then we wouldn't be building something that would stick. Additionally, If you had to eat the same thing every day or come back every six months to get a new plan you’d get frustrated and stop. You need to be able to look at your fridge regardless what day it is in the week and be able to work with what you have.
THE PLAN IS CUSTOM TO YOU
We create a plan that is based on your current eating schedule, favourite foods, dietary restrictions and weaknesses. We start with what you are currently doing or would like to do more of. It needs to be easy and it needs to be tasty. Oh.. And it NEEDS to be long term.
YOU BECOME EMPOWERED
This is about you walking away knowledgeable and empowered. It’s about you understanding more of one of the most expensive, time consuming and equally important exercises in our day. it the core of what fuels us and makes us feel happy. This is about you feeling better and helping those you care about feel the same.
