You train already at the gym or do some form of exercise. You run, lift weights, do classes. You see others with 6 packs or biceps or triceps. You know your’e missing something and are already making an effort. Something’s missing.
Finally get.
You’ve got a goal that you’ve been trying to hit. You should have the strength but the extra weight is slowing you down. Those pull-ups would be so much easier if only…. You want to lose weight and keep getting stronger.

Diets don’t work because you don’t learn from them. You don’t have any aha moments and you eventually plateau, get bored, drop them and rebound. Sound familiar?
What you NEED is for someone to teach you the basics to the science of food and metabolism, give you tools (like how to read food labels) and set you up for success. The reality is that each of us has physical and environmental factors that mean the science is not exact, but through coaching you can learn how to determine the combination to the lock that is your metabolism.

Pick your intensity.
Once we know the science and what your “macros” are. We decide together how to hit those numbers daily without giving you too much work or making you hungry. You may not want to weigh food and prefer to “eyeball” it. That works. We’ll decide together.
Pick your accountability.
What’s it going to take to get you to stick with this? Do you respond to positive messaging? Do you want to share with the world what you’re up to? Do you want to establish a reward system (although your progress is reward enough)?
Build on momentum.
We leverage your strengths. We start with small changes that can be done consistently. Success is the result of many smaller quick wins. Let’s start with those if that’s what’s best for you.
